SoftExpert's root cause analysis, BPM and action plan tools are the ideal complement to enhance SAP PM maintenance management.

The objective of the integration between SAP PM and SoftExpert is to improve maintenance management by integrating SoftExpert's root cause analysis and security tools into a single process, allowing for more agile and automated management while maintaining integrity between both company systems.

This integration allows the synergy of the capabilities of both systems through the API that makes available to Softexpert and SAP Netweaver Gateway and SAP PO if necessary.

The solution consists of a main flow and two auxiliary flows modeled in SoftExpert, allowing for automated data management and entry at different stages of the process and in both systems, the creation of notifications in SAP and the consultation of the status of said notifications, the management of the action plan or the individual action, integrating the root cause analysis tools into a single management process.
